I, too, have bee...Congratulations on your progress! I, too, have been working on shaving off a few pounds I picked up over the past year due to stress and poor eating habits... (Read: Treating myself with something sweet or creamy every time something didn't go my way. Yes, I was behaving like a toddler.) We recently found sesame seed butter (unsweetened) to be a great substitute for that yummy peanut butter, and used it to make a great veggie and shrimp pad thai made with cabbbage in place of the noodles.
